"Dave is extremely condescending and arrogant. He is rude to his employees and customers. Alyssa, the office manager, is even worse than her father. She is lazy and creates a highly toxic environment for employees and customers. They both berate their staff and customers on a daily basis. Katie, the main account manager, is wonderful and does majority of the work in that office. Katie is highly knowledgeable and experienced in insurance and is wonderful to work with! Unfortunately, she works for a terrible agent. Please look elsewhere for a State Farm agent."
